Creator Blog #13 - An Unpublished Video

This was a video I created earlier this year but didn’t publish. After this post I’ll be adding it to one or two playlists so some people can watch it.
At the time this was created, I simply wasn’t happy with it. Looking back, I should have just published this video. I was just too hard on myself. I’ve learned that it’s better to publish something that's imperfect than to not publish at all.

You should’ve posted it. You have to feed the algorithm and the advice is pretty straight on. The only thing I noticed that you tip on the before tax total. I’ve always questioned that because I tip based on after tax. One thing I have noticed since the pandemic is the increase in tipping percent. I used to double the tax and round up/down accordingly or $5 per $30 total.. which either way is about 17%. Now 20% is considered the socially acceptable minimum. I hate when it’s forced on me - like in stadiums. Since they’ve gone cashless - you get promoted for a tip on the card. I wonder how server’s actually see those tips.
