Progression Update – 3/12/2023

A little sidebar or a public service announcement Before I get to this update, there is something that I need to address and discuss. I do a lot of promotional work on various apps and websites on social media. I have been blessed and honored to promote my work on other channels and social media.

I have slept on it, prayed, saw some help online with some online therapy. That got me through the night. I even had to call the crisis center because I almost thought about committing suicide yesterday. My mental health has been in ongoing struggle for many years, and I am unapologetic for sharing my experience so others can actually learn from me and seek professional help.

The thing is that I am not going to let anybody disrespect me, whether it’s online or out in public face-to-face. I will let you know how I think and feel, period. I’m not going to bite my tongue if I feel disrespected, nor I’m not going to apologize for what I have to say. You cannot cancel what you cannot control anyway. That’s always been a monstrous lie, anyway.

I what I said yesterday on my Twitter and discord servers, I do not apologize. Do not expect me to write a lengthy apology or to make amends with others because that is how I feel. In the same breath, they don’t care about my feelings as much as I care about theirs. That said, I want to address those who dared to ridicule me and threaten me on Twitter and various servers on discord that I am a part of.

At this point, you people do not exist. You know who you are, what you have said, and what you have done, and I would rather have you be dead to me than to acknowledge you anymore.  You are not the first one I have cut off completely, and you will not be the last. I’ve always said I would rather be hated than loved, and I completely stand behind that.

People like you will not exist in my life. And when push comes to shove, I will have a new discord server of my own, and people like you will not be a part of it since you want to be a part of my problem. I’ve always felt like the devil is a part of my life and never left me with those who have or already have. The last thing this world needs is someone like me, given to my darkness and become a monster you cannot control or kill. And when I do, I will hurt many people other than myself.

For those who I have blocked, possibly, I will try to reach out to you again and actually talk things out. If the feeling is not mutual with me, that’s fine. I have learned throughout the years two let go of people who would seek to hurt me or threaten me. Or maybe I’m just another name on the screen and you have always thought less of me from the very beginning.

And with that being said, now I’m moving on. And with that finally out of the way, let’s get into the weekly update.

Umbra Witch Update

I will create a special teaser video of The Umbra Witch that will start in the first week of April on Royal Road and on Wattpad. This is the first part of the series in that we get into the meat of the Empyrean. We’ve already set up the foundation of the world that the characters are living in and the civilians affected by the supposed war between two factions. It is now up to the Empyrean to act fully, and you will read what they can truly do.

I look forward to this and introducing another main character that will be a part of the series moving forward. That is why I named this story arc as such. You will also get to see her since I have already done a character model for her. I did not design this character; however, I did see this character design in an auction, and I thought this was perfect.

Also, when you actually read the story, you will see many similarities and some hidden Easter eggs inside the story arc. I wonder if you’ll be able to figure it out.

Even as we speak, I’m working on the video, and the book trailer will drop on my YouTube channel next Saturday, March 18th.

More Official Artwork Down The Road

two years ago, I asked many people who would win in a fight to the death and many of you selected many ideas that I had flowing inside my head. I have never really gone around to it for multiple personal reasons. Again I have a lot of adoptable art officially licensed to the project eleven series. And I told myself that I wouldn’t do any filler and that everything I read would be fully incorporated into this story.

But it will not stop me from actually introducing more characters in the meantime. As you all know, I’m trying to build more factions with more artwork. So this time, I will be putting up a poll question that will be online as soon this post is up, and you will have one simple question: In a fight for survival, which one would you pick to survive the fight?

The same question, different results. I have to wait for one more project to do the poll question. Instead of a trope, I will give you artwork concepts for you to choose from. In this instance, I want you to pick no more than five.

The only instruction I will give you is to never judge a book by its cover.

But wait, there is more!

Because even though I have a whole bunch of artwork ready for future stories. I still have to worry about the stories that will be told sooner rather than later. So I’m going to put up another poll around the same time. And this poll question is straight to the point: which faction do you want me to commission first? The Third Revelation’s Inner Circle (Father Brutus, Father Raphael, the Holy Mother, Lord Caliber, Lady Firefly) or Team Memento (Mordechai Zayne, Rahkaze Zayne, Lady Memento, Andrea Mercy, Sylvia Orchid).

I realize that most of these characters are not fully introduced. But it will be nice to get these commissions out so I can have them done for later.

Volume Zero? (possible Kickstarter campaign)

Even though I have both my Patreon and sand Subscribestar pay sites that help me find the writing I do for this series. I still need to cover the finances of publishing my novels, which can be bought in stores online and in bookstores. For that, I will need the income to ensure this is possible. Everything I’m doing now is out of pocket, and I have a day job to support it. And as we all know, times are tough. However, I’m trying to put a team together to create a Kickstarter campaign or to get financial equity to get this up and running.

Everything is being written down right now about how to go about this, but I know for a fact that in the next few months or so, we will be able to launch a campaign soon. The first book we will release is a developmental book about the seven characters known as the Empyrean with their leader called the Aethereal Queen. It’s a behind-the-scenes developmental look at what I have been doing in the past seven years of development, where I am right now, and what I will be doing in the future.
