Character Updates: Izzy, Detective Rodriguez, Mrs. Mills
Added 2020-07-28 13:50:33 +0000 UTCI've been working on updating some of the character models for the next chapter and right now, here are the updates that I am mostly happy with. Old model is on top, new model is on the bottom.
Izzy I pretty much just changed the shader. I had her set on an older shader and it was making her skintone not look correct. Now, it is set correctly and I'm pretty happy with the result.
Detective Rodriguez I completely changed. I wanted her to look a little more Latina and a little less lesbian, so I actually started over from scratch with her. Her body shape is a little different, face is completely different and changed her to a curly hairstyle that I love. I'm actually really happy with the way she looks now.
Mrs. Mills I'm still not quite pleased with, but this is what I have so far. I'm trying to make her look a little less grandmotherly. She's an aging lawyer who prides herself on looking good, so I figured she would put a little more effort into makeup and hair than what I had originally done. She would also definitely have had some breast work done to make her look younger and more perky. I'll likely change this model more later, as I don't feel like I'm quite there yet, but this is what I have for now.
Juliana is another that I'm not completely happy with and have been working on, but I don't have anything to show you yet. I had her shader wrong as well, so that will change, but I also want to give her a little more personality with her clothing, and she'll likely be wearing glasses and have a different hairstyle the next time we see her. Something more natural with curls.
