Character Focus: Jackson

He might be old, but he's feisty still has a way with the ladies. He used to be known as a womanizer around town and much has been made about him hiring only young, sexy woman to work as waitresses in his diner (except for Connie, who has been working there nearly as long as he has). However all his workers, current and former, love him and see him as a sort of father figure.
