Weekly Update: Chapter 5

Still working on rendering everything. It feels like it's going slower than usual, but I guess that's just because there's so many images. I had hoped to be done with all of them by today, but it didn't happen. I'm close though. Here's where we're at.
Chapter 5 Tasks
Write scenes - 19/19 (100%)
Write conversations - 26/26 (100%)
Write dates - 4/4 (100%)
Render Images - 241/258 (93%) - Just a little bit away here. Hoping to finish these over the weekend.
Render Animations - 6/9 (67%) - I don't expect these to take a long time. I have one of them already rendered that I'm just needing to Photoshop at this point, so we're close.
Functions - 7/7 (100%)
Total completion - 93%
Release Date
November 13th seems to be the date. Was going to try to get it out earlier, but I really needed the renders to all be done by today for that to happen.
Final Thoughts
I'm at that point in the chapter's production where I'm like, "Oh God, I've bitten off more than I can chew, how am I going to get it all done?" This seems to happen every chapter around this time, but I'll struggle through it.
Making this game feels a little like putting together a jigsaw puzzle that you are making the pieces to yourself. I have to make all the little pieces, each with part of the picture on it, then figure out how to fit them all together. At this point in the chapter I almost have all the pieces made, just got to get them to look like a full picture now.
