I don't know if I can express to you all how great January was for me. The huge outpouring of love for my game made me feel so good and validated, and just full of energy and passion and love. It's the best I've felt in a long time about myself and my life in general. Thank you so much for that.

I've been forcing myself to spend some time away from working on my game in the evenings and on weekends, so I actually did some things non-work related the last week. I watched a few movies:

Wild at Heart - Fantastic
Bill & Ted Face the Music - Pretty good
Jiu Jitsu - Awful, but with a couple of funny Nic Cage moments
Love & Monsters - Pretty good

Also been trying to play some games on Steam too, because my to-play list is ridiculous. I checked out:

PC Building Simulator - Fun chill game
One Step From Eden - Kinda disappointing. I wanted something a little slower and more methodical. Too chaotic for me.
Void Bastards - Fun, but takes too long to play a game.
Book of Demons - Cute, but didn't enjoy the gameplay very much
Vampire the Masquerade: Shadows of New York - Basically a Ren'Py game. Good story so far, and I like the art. I'll probably finish this one.
Deleveled - Neat little puzzle game. Not much to it.

Also, I hooked up my Switch for the first time since Christmas and got back into playing Coffee Talk. It's such a neat little game, that doesn't really have any gameplay in it. It's a visual novel with almost no choices. But I like the story and the art and there's things about it that I find really inspiring, and gives me ideas for a future game that I might make.
