Update 17 Progress

Hey everybody! Things are still moving along good here for the new update. I have definitely slowed down a bit, but I'm still putting in a good amount of work every day. This week has been a little hectic, because my wife's birthday is this weekend and we have family coming down. Also my turtle has been laying eggs like crazy, which makes her tank dirty, which means I keep having to clean her tank out.

So, there have been a few things outside of my control slowing me down. I still try to work 6-8 hours every day, but it doesn't always work out that way.

Brandi's chat has also been slowing me down a little. Used to, I could just sit down and knock out a whole Brandi chat scene in a day, but I gotta admit that I've been struggling a bit with the last couple of updates and they've been taking me FAR longer to write than they used to. I've been at least trying to do a couple of pages a day, but it's tough. Only two pages left now though.

Anyways, enough whining from me. Here's the numbers:

At this point, I think I'm going to have to admit that I don't think April 5th is going to happen. It's looking more like April 12th right now.

Final Thoughts

That's about it for this week. I'm happy with what I got done, despite the struggles. Jez's scene is a pretty big one, and I think you guys will like it. I'm about halfway through it at the moment, so hoping to finish that up, plus the remaining Brandi chat stuff, then move on to Mi-Cha, which will finish up the main content. Then I have a couple of bonus scenes, and that's pretty much it.

Hoping to be done with the content for the update in about 2 weeks, then moving on to menus and testing and all that stuff.
