RJ Ramblings

So what have I been doing outside of work this past week?
Pretty much the same, I guess. Reading a lot, watching movies, playing a little games.
I'm still playing through the Castlevania collection, though now I've moved on from Circle of the Moon to Harmony of Dissonance, which is not quite as good, in my opinion, but is still fun.
I've still been on a Brubaker kick when it comes to reading - I read "My Heroes Have Always been Junkies", which was fantastic. And now have been reading "Fatale", which is really good so far as well. Also been reading Chip Zdarsky's run on Daredevil, which is SO good.
I read John Douglas' book "The Cases that Haunt Us", which was fantastic. It covered several infamous true crime cases, most of which I knew quite a bit about already, but there was some information there that was new to me, and hearing John Douglas' thoughts on the cases is always interesting to me as well.
Started reading another true crime book called "The Corridor Killer" after that, which is more like a summary of several different true crime cases that happened in Delaware, and is honestly not near as interesting as I hoped it would be.
We started watching Midnight Mass yesterday, and so far I'm really liking it. Will report next week with my thoughts on it, assuming we finish it by then. It's October, so we always watch a lot of horror movies. First of the month was Bad Moon, which I enjoyed a lot!
