I think it's not standard part of the lore π€ I've seen some write mutual claim but that because of omegas not having the same venom in their fangs or something it doesn't stick. I do kinda like that cause it makes the act of it more symbolic and based on choice rather than nature. But it doesn't leave a permanent mark.

Honest question, and I hope this doesn't come off as rude, but why do some not give the alpha a claim mark?
