You can remove eyeshadow through Skin Textures - Decal - Clear face. However, the lipstick is part of the texture and needs to be modified using Photoshop (path: LDR.Mary.1.var\Custom\Atom\Person\Textures\LDR\LDR_Skin_4\FaceD.jpg).
