Free Hammers for All! Now Point This Raccoon Toward a Scenic Vista
Added 2025-06-08 11:00:12 +0000 UTC1. Hammer Down—Morihaus Might Is Live on Nexus!
I finally pushed the Two-Handed Overhaul out into the wild. No big bugs left, and it feels great when I swing it—so boom—free download for everyone.
I already stashed the latest build in Discord, but if you’re a paid supporter who hasn’t joined the server, the exact same file is waiting in the Patreon Shop for $0. Sorry for the slow heads-up!
2. How Nexus Players Reacted
Short version: about 90 % love it. Words like “godlike,” “beautiful,” “pure sex.”

A few highlights:
Combat feels faster and clearer. Many say two-handed weapons are “finally practical.”
Even first-person die-hards switched to third-person just to watch the moves.
Works fine with big mods like True First Person and Weapon Balance Patches.
Debate of the day:
Tail Stance vs Crown Stance—some miss vanilla, some call one “too anime,” the other “baseball bat.”
The Dark-Souls-style block animation can block the view in True First Person; people want a toggle.
Minor bugs: hammer normal attacks don’t always hit walls.
3. Next Project—Reman Rampart Mega Pack
Instead of dribbling tiny patches, I’m thinking one big swing:
Longsword overhaul
Power Attack Variations Longsword First-person versions
All wrapped into a single install. One click, solved. Sounds better, right?
5. Playing My Own Game Again
I finally had time to play Oblivion. Turns out I now hate my old longsword and shortsword moves—wrong length, wrong notifications, meh poses. So they’re getting the hammer too.
6. Scene Scouts Wanted — Help Pick the Perfect Recording Spot
Shooting the showcase video is half the fun—if the backdrop fits. Morihaus Might was supposed to be filmed by Kynareth’s shrine, but an Oblivion Gate popped up, darkened the sky, and I ended up deep inside the red, spiky Daedric halls. It looked metal, so I rolled with it.

For Reman Rampart (one-handed overhaul) I need a fresh set:
Atmosphere that matches swordplay.
Gorgeous, but not overloaded—clean silhouettes keep the moves readable.
Bonus points if it’s lore-friendly.
Know a spot? Drop a location, map marker, or even a quick screenshot in the comments. If your idea makes the cut, I’ll credit you in the video description.
Thank You
Your support lets me trade coffee for keyframes and keep swinging this hammer. Couldn’t do it without our little smithy of raccoons.
May Kynareth’s gentle winds carry our blades true until the next battle.
