I find it's very hard to convince streamers that they are paying a large opportunity cost by not diversifying and working on alternate platforms and evergreen content, when they commit 100% of their working hours to just being live.

One of my favorite practices is when I wake up in the morning, I meditate in front of a window. I envision soaking up the bright rays of the sun as I breathe in the light and hold my breath. When I exhale I envision black fog being devoured by the rays of the sun. I do this for 5min. This helps me get motivated as I begin my day.
