Thank you!

Hello Patreon family. I wanted to drop a line saying thank you for your continued support through this unprecedented pandemic. As I said on the latest Podcast, I am gearing up to work from home until my lease is up in mid-July. At that point and with regards to control of the virus, I will decide if it’s the right time for my temporary relocation to Guayaquil, Ecuador. 

Like most of you, (except for those of you on the frontlines, God Bless your hearts) I've been holed up in my apartment. I know there is a lot of anxiety right now and I want to pitch in and try to help. I’m bringing you new episodes of QUIET TIME beginning next week. There has been so many requests and I want to do my part, (even if it’s softly whispering into a mic. lol) All of this sucks and being cooped up inside can get to some people. Just know that you’re keeping yourself as well as the elderly and immunosuppressed safe. As Mr. Roger’s once said, “When I was a boy and I’d see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, “Look for the helpers. You will always find people that are helping."” 

As far as content for my channel and here on Patreon, I have so much material in my archive to fall back on that I could sit here for the next year and not have to film a thing. I am working on nothing but editing and getting acquainted with my latest acquisition of a proper digital cinema camera. My next big projects will be scripted and depending on how things are going with COVID-19, I will have my a horror featurette completed in time for Halloween 2020. (An early release will take place here on patreon.) The camera was a big expense but the films will be up to specs for release on Netflix which is important in making the camera a worthwhile expense. My Sony A7SII is a great camera but it isn’t viable for Netflix. Trust and believe, the new camera has put a fire under my ass. I can’t wait to cast my first project and get it underway! 

As far as releasing my doc, Margie and Scott...it’s coming. I went down the rabbit hole of new edits and narration and its taking more time than anticipated. I always think I can get something done in a certain timeframe. Most of the time, I’m wrong. 

Anyway, I’ll have another podcast this week and hopefully a new exclusive video. I’m working on completing a new Dead Mall Series for this Friday. Wish me luck! I hope you’re all taking care of yourselves and loved ones. We’ll talk soon! Stay safe, My Friends. -Dan
