Now, let’s talk about the Chessie footage. I walked along the waterfront in fells point a few nights ago and saw what looked like the animal I saw several nights before that. It was a long, black eel like creature with a light stripe down its back sitting motionless on the bottom two or three feet from the harbor wall in about six feet of water. Either it’s head or tail pops up in the water as well, (I think it was the tail.) There’s always a chance I misidentified. Could've been trash I guess but it moved like a snake, looked like one too. I was afraid it was going to lift up and scare the shit out of me. I went over to living classrooms to look for a long pole or stick hoping I could lift it out of the water or poke it. I came back a few minutes later and it was gone.
