TIMELAPSE or SPEEDPAINT?

But I'm curious if you guys opt for more longer drawn out videos that show me from start to finish. OR would you prefer speedpaints? Because along with the videos ya'll will get the CSP files. But I'm not sure which type of video would ya'll prefer.
