A detective who teaches Omega-Man hand to hand combat. Currently a detective former vigilante, his powers are Hellhound. When at full power his powers are hellfire and K9 senses to the nth degree.
His body become best like and becomes a senseless killing machine. Since retiring he hardly ever uses his full power but when he does he becomes a formidable opponent.
