I tried my best to optimize it though it is still fairly heavy thankfully for my low spec range users theres a proxy rig!
The skirt, hair and scarf have physics that can be controlled via the selected bone as shown above.
You might need to run the script if you cant see these options.
Theres also an IK FK switch so hopefully you should be able to swap out those easily.
