There is a lot of support for Palestine among working people in England. I'm only 26 so not sure if that's different historically but there's been a big campaign against the arms manufacturer Elbit Systems by Palestine Action, causing property damage and forcing them to close some sites - a big success. Normally these more radical direct action campaigns get a lot of negative press over here but people are very supportive, even locals when it means losing jobs. Don't know what was wrong with the older generation but people nowadays just don't support a government murdering defenceless civilians.

Some pretty big wins in terms of pushback to the IOF and starting to branch away from groups like hamas being the sole representation of Palestinian resistance. Interesting and somewhat hopeful to look into, especially considering the lack of acknowledgement in western media coverage
