Can't remember the last thing that got under my skin the way this "tip your landlord" crap has been doing. Blood is boiling every time it crosses my mind now. Motherfuckers already making mounds upon mounds of endlessly growing profits year after year on the epitome of passive income, never actually do the tiniest bit of the upkeep and maintenance they are supposed to, all the while complain as if they have the most difficult job in the world, and have the audacity to believe they deserve MORE--and have no qualms about making explicit threats to take more if folks don't offer it up willingly? Malignant trash. Excise this cancerous occupation from existence, treat housing as a necessity rather than a commodity, and force these parasites get jobs that actually contribute something useful to society rather than their ever-expanding bank accounts.
