2023-10-28 17:58:39 +0000 UTCHi Lily, A lot of people I respect on the anti-war left are divided about arming Ukraine, just as many I respect were divided on whether to lift the arms embargo on Bosnia in the 90s. I also know people who favoured militarily backing Ukraine but not the Bosnians or Kosovans, and vice versa. Do you think there are any relevant comparisons between the two? Is there anything we can learn from NATO’s interventions in the 90s in analysing what’s going on now?
