2018-09-22 10:19:36 +0000 UTCIf you're curious why Kalluto looks like a chick, and is referred to as a chick multiple times, it's because Togashi has a habit of making gender neutral characters. Neferpitou is technically supposed to be a guy in the manga aswell but for the show Togashi gave her more pronounced boobs so that the audience would know all the ants are neither male or female.

If I had to guess, I would say that the RIsing Sun was a base Emitter technique to conjure the aura, blended with a good splash of Transmuter - changing the properties of the aura to be that hot hot heat. The condition for his ability might be some amount of Conjuring too, since he got that hazmat suit real quick haha.
