Later that day Harry and Natasha had gone upstairs and had begun practising playing the piano, though the two had made sure to at least wait until everyone was awake before they started practising, simply to make sure they didn't disturb anyone's sleep.
Natasha watched with a smile as Harry was playing, he didn't appear to have noticed her gaze as he was too busy focusing on the piano keyboard and the sounds that each key made. Occasionally his tongue would slip out and lick at his lips to keep them moist, Natasha suspected that Harry did not even realise that he was doing that. As of the moment all of Harry's focus was directed to the musical instrument in front of him.
When they came upstairs Natasha had taken a moment to decide what to start Harry off with, she wanted to start with something simple. She had been thinking of starting him with something like Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky, Pachelbel's Canon – Johann Pachelbel or a few other simple pieces. Eventually she chose to go with Fur Elise by Ludwig Van Beethoven.
She started by playing it for him to show him what it sounded like.
"Oh, I know this one." Harry had said after Natasha had finished.
"You do?" Natasha asked.
"Well...I don't really know how to play it," Harry admitted. "but I have heard it. You know when we go to school one of the teacher's in school plays on the piano, and I heard her play it, and I heard it on TV once." Harry said in a somewhat proud voice, kind of happy that he actually knew about the song.
After that Natasha had tried to get Harry to play, it took a bit of convincing but eventually he sat down and started playing alongside her. At first he wasn't really all that good, understandable really since it was his first time playing, but now they were about an hour and a half into their practise (having taken breaks in-between) and Harry was playing all by himself, after the first hour or so of playing he was a bit slow but other than that he was pretty much perfect. It had taken the extra half hour for him to bring his speed up.
As far as Natasha could see he had at first been held back by his own lack of confidence, but eventually he had managed to slowly grow more and more confident and now he was playing like he had been doing it his all life. The gaze of his bright green eyes were locked onto the keyboard, his fingers seemed to dance as they pressed key after key.
"Wow! Well done, Harry." Natasha praised him once he had finished. "That was great!"
"Really?" Harry asked with a small smile.
"Yes, oh...wait there!" Natasha said before she got up and rushed out of the room. "I'll be back in a sec." She called once she was out of sight.
Harry was about to call after her, to ask what she was doing but decided not to, she said she'd be back soon. Harry waited and after roughly about thirty seconds Natasha had entered the room again, except this time she had Jess with her.
"Mum, Mummy, come look at this." Natasha said as she pulled Jess into the room by her hand. Jess gave Natasha an indulgent smile as she walked into the room and closed the door. "Mummy, you need to listen to Harry play." Natasha said with a bright smile.
"Really?" Jess asked.
"Yes, he's really good." Natasha said before she moved over and sat next to Harry, she noticed that he was looking slightly more nervous now. She frowned and placed a hand on his before she leaned close and began whispering into his ear. "Don't worry, Harry. Just keep playing like you did before, be brave. Just pretend nobody is here." She told him before she removed her hand and moved back.
"Whenever you're ready, Harry." Jess told him with an encouraging smile.
"Be brave, be brave." Harry chanted under his breath before he began playing. "Be brave." He said one last time under his breath before he put his focus back onto playing. He did as Natasha had advised and simply pretended that there was nobody else in the room. He started slowly before he eventually was able to get back into the zone. Once he started playing he had almost forgot that Natasha and Jess were in the room. Though he was most certainly reminded of that fact once he had finished, because as soon as he had finished Natasha and Jess began clapping for him. Harry had blushed under their praise, his cheeks felt red hot.
"Oh, that was brilliant, Harry." Jess cooed. "I didn't know you could play the piano."
"I...I just started learning today." Harry admitted. "Natasha taught me how to play." He added, giving Natasha a small smile.
"Yes, well Natasha is a talented young girl." Jess smiled. "Clint's our little archer and she is our little musician and ballerina."
"Ballerina?" Harry asked, looking at Natasha with a questioning expression on his face.
"I do ballet sometimes." Natasha replied. "I can teach you some if you want."
"But...I thought ballet was only for girls." Harry frowned.
"It's not," Natasha said, barely holding back a huff. "but I will admit that not a lot of people think it's for boys."
"I...I don't think I'm much of a dancer." Harry said, wrinkling his nose. It's not that he had a problem with ballet, though there was admittedly a big worry about getting forced into a pink tutu, but he just didn't see himself as a dancer. He had seen Dudley dance once...it wasn't a nice experience. Harry enjoyed playing the piano, and if he was any good at archery then he would probably enjoy that as well.
"Well, perhaps you can join Clint in learning some archery." Jess suggested as if reading his thoughts.
"Archery?" Clint asked as his head poked into the room. "Somebody mentioned archery?" He asked.
"Would you believe me if I said 'no'?" Natasha asked.
"No." Clint replied.
"What if I said 'no'?" Surprisingly it was Harry who had asked.
"I..." Clint paused and looked at Harry. "...I...I...don't know."

Mrs Arabella Doreen Figg, the spy that had been positioned into the house opposite the Dursley's house, was not having a good time. The last few days had been hectic to say the least, not only did she have to take her cats to the vets, she had also had an incident where she had become very sleepy and had fallen asleep before she had even realised it. She had at first gone to a nearby muggle doctor ('muggle' of course meaning a non-magical) and he had declared that there was nothing wrong with her health but had offered her the chance to go to a hospital for a more thorough check-up.
She had politely refused, she may have lived in the muggle world for a very long time but that did not mean that she was perfectly comfortable with every single muggle thing there was. For example, skateboards, why on Earth would anyone use such dangerous things? She knew that a boy a few streets down had broken one of his wrists when he had a particularly nasty skateboarding accident. Another thing that she was uncomfortable with (or at least one of the many things that she was uncomfortable with) was muggle hospitals.
She had seen enough TV to know about how muggle doctors liked to put needles into people, give drugs and cut people open. And she had no desire to be cut, stabbed or drugged, thank you very much. Which is why she had gone to the magical world and had a check-up at St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, a wizarding hospital located in London, England. To get there she had to take the rather horrible 'knight bus', a triple decker bus that went at unnecessarily fast speeds and was about as comfortable to ride as the horses of hell.
She often didn't venture into the magical world if she could help it, the reason why was simply because she was a squib, a person born from two magical parents yet doesn't have magic of her own. There was barely any room for squibs in the magical world, if they weren't treated like second hand citizens or animals then they were treated like they were disabled to the point of being useless. Part of the reason why she had to take the Knight bus and go to the magical world was to get some more floo powder.
Throughout her life she had very, very low expectations, there weren't many that were hiring squibs after all. Which is why she had nearly jumped with joy when Albus Dumbledore - Headmaster of Hogwarts, holder of two major positions in the Ministry of Magic, defeater of dark wizards and the man that was widely regarded as the greatest wizard of the modern world - had offered her a job and house where the only thing she had to do was keep an eye on young Harry Potter, the boy-who-lived and the young saviour of the wizarding world.
Her job was simply to make sure that Professor Dumbledore knew what was going on with Harry, and she had been doing so for the last few years. If anything was wrong then she would floo call Professor Dumbledore and let him know, which is why she had to go out and buy some more floo powder.
She could have sworn that she had had some before, but she had searched the house from top to bottom and couldn't find even a pinch of floo powder, it was almost as if someone had taken it, how weird. When she would get her floo powder she would call Professor Dumbledore and let him know about the fact that the Dursley’s had apparently been arrested.
When she had come back to her home she tried to floo call him - a floo call being a rather odd wizarding invention where one would throw floo powder into their fire place and then stick their head into the green flames that would shoot up, and through the miracle of magic they wouldn't be burnt and would instead be allowed to speak out of another fire place - but unfortunately for her Professor Dumbledore had not been there.
What she didn't know and what Professor Dumbledore had forgotten to tell her was that he had left the country to attend a conference, which was why Professor Dumbledore wasn't currently trying to track down Harry Potter. Unfortunately for the green eyed wizard, Professor Dumbledore would not be out of the country forever.

"Okay, now you're all ready for school, right?" Jess asked as she handed her three kids - Yes, Harry counted, shut up - their packed lunches. She received three nods in response from the children who were dressed in their school uniforms.
"Yes Mum." Natasha and Clint nodded.
"Thank you, Jess." Harry said as he took his packed lunch from her, he was still a bit unsure about addressing her and her husband by their first names. She and Matt said it was okay but years of experiences and teachings about 'proper' speaking were hard to forget.
"Alright kids," Matt said as he walked into the room. "the car's open, go get in, I just need a quick word with your mother."
"Bye Mum." Natasha and Clint said at the same time as they walked out.
"Bye Jess." Harry added as he walked out as well, following after Natasha and Clint.
"Jess," Matt said once he heard the kids go out. "two days from now we'll be taking Harry to the police station."
"What for?" Jess frowned. "He hasn't done anything wrong."
"The Dursley’s," Matt sighed. "they want Harry to give a statement one more time about his life with them, and then that's it. They'll be put on trial the next day, after that we can decide what we want to do with Harry."
"What the hell do you mean 'decide'?" Jess narrowed her eyes and glared at him.
"Well..." Matt coughed, suddenly feeling very uncomfortable. "...we can choose what we want to do with Harry. Do we want to help him find another home? Send him to a nice orphanage or..."
"We're keeping him, you numbskull." Jess said with a roll of her eyes.
"Hey, it's not like I'm against the idea." Matt said in a defensive voice. "But we do need to properly think these things through and..."
"Matthew," Jess cut him off, Matt internally winced, she only ever used his proper name when she was angry. Matt always did his best to keep track of what mood his wife was in, in fact he had a mental colour chart to help him. Some may laugh at that but as far as Matt was concerned it worked. Right now she had gone from a 'calm-blue' to 'warning-orange' as in be careful what you do next or face her wrath, he was slightly surprised that she had skipped past 'annoyed-yellow'. "we don't have money problems. Plus you like the kid, I like the kid, the other kids like the kid, the kid likes being here and so help me, I will not be happy if you make the kid upset." She finished, giving him a look that said 'choose your next words wisely'.
"...Fair enough." Matt said before he turned around and walked away, he would never say it out loud but sometimes his wife scared him.

"Don't worry, Harry." Natasha whispered to Harry as they sat down in the back of the school during their break, the three had chosen to stay there to avoid not only the attention of everyone else, but also the attention of a specific person. Harry had paled slightly when he came into the school, the reason why was currently walking back and forth on the playground and doing his best to search for them, that reason would be Dudley Dursley. Harry's cousin who had been living with his Aunt Marge since the two adult Dursley's had been arrested. "Everything will be fine."
"But what if he tries to do something here?" Harry asked in a worried voice.
"Then Clint will deal with him." Natasha easily replied
"Why am I dealing with him?" Clint asked. "Not that I'm complaining or refusing." He quickly added, not wanting to miss the opportunity.
"There you are!" A voice interrupted before Natasha could respond. Dudley and his friends had found them and were storming towards them, well...Dudley was storming towards them, his friends were just following after him. "You ruined everything!" He spat - actually unintentionally spitting on the floor as he spoke - angrily, glaring at Harry. "You stupid freak!"
"Oi, don't call him a freak." Clint glared at him.
"Why should I?! He's a freak!"
"Are you really going to call him a freak when your stomach's the size of King Kong's toe?" Clint replied. "How many chins do you have? Harry did the normal thing and stopped at one."
"Don't talk to me like that!"
"Why shouldn't he?" Natasha demanded as she stood up and stepped in front of Dudley. "All you do is eat and eat and eat and when you don't eat you crap and when you don't eat and crap then you bully people. You're just a bully who wants to mess with Harry because you've got nothing better to do."
"Don't speak to me like that, you stupid freak!" Dudley said as he pushed her, causing Natasha to take a step back. Natasha was unaffected by that and had actually rolled her eyes. "I..." Whatever Dudley was about to say was cut off when a fist crashed into his nose, blood shot out of his nose and spit dropped out of his mouth as he landed on his back, everyone stared at the owner of the fist with a shocked expression.
Though none were more shocked than Harry who absentmindedly shookd his hand as he looked down at Dudley, later on Harry would admit to himself that punching Dudley and seeing the shocked expression on the faces of Dudley and his friends felt good. But right now he was a bit too shocked, even now he felt like he couldn't believe what had just happened. Harry was pulled out of his shock when Clint placed both of his hands on Harry's shoulders.
"Nice job, good punch." Clint told Harry before he gently pushed Harry towards Natasha who grabbed his wrist.
"I'm going to take Harry away." Natasha said to Clint. "Do you mind dealing with this?" She said as she gestured to Dudley and his friends.
"Oh no problem." Clint said as he gestured her to go. Natasha gave him a nod before she walked away, pulling Harry with her.
"Are you okay, Harry?" She asked in a soft voice.
"I...I punched him." Harry blinked, disbelief evident in his voice.
"Yep, it was a nice punch too." Natasha added as she nudged his shoulder so he would look at her. "Thank you, you’re the best, Harry." She said with a smile.
"Um...you're welcome...I guess." Harry replied, shaking his head. He was now even more glad that he no longer lived with the Dursley's, he didn't even want to imagine what would have happened if they had found out that he punched their 'precious dudders'. He couldn't help but wonder how Matt and Jess would react.

A.N: Hi guys, hope you liked the chapter. I was going to originally write and upload this earlier this month but I've gone through a few things in my life (for the love of god don't ask) so my writing time has been reduced to roughly 3 hours a day and I admittidly forgot to write this earlier.
To quote TFS Krillian: "okay, that's my B."
I want to thank you all again, not just for your support but also for just reading and commenting. And I want to make it known that all future story chapters of mine (not including stories that I've already started writing on fanfic) will be voted for on this site and will all be released early on this site.
Thanks once again and if anyone wants to leave suggestions for the story then that would be great, I won't promise to use them but that'd be great. (Also a quick thank you to Christian Jeffress for the piano suggestions).
Oh and if possible can I have your thoughts on an idea I've come up with, on this sight you can give rewards and stuff for paying a certain amount. I was thinking of setting one amount to get a shout out in every chapter, and another amount if you want a personal Harry Potter fanfiction one shot wrote by me. Also each level would give you a select amount of votes for the next time I hold a vote. Tell me what you guys think.
Thanks for reading and feel free to leave a review.

I don't plan to. Of course I might have a few sarcastic moments mixed in but for the most part this Harry will be different from my other ones.

2021-02-19 23:41:02 +0000 UTCI actually studied Karate, I was a black belt in it but stopped a few years ago, which is why I do know about those other martial arts. But thanks for the suggestions.

2021-02-19 23:40:21 +0000 UTCPlease please please don’t have this Harry turn out like most of your other Harrys. This Harry doesn’t have a real reason to turn into the wisecracking, deadpan, sarcastic man he does in all your other stories. Please just let this one be different.

2021-02-19 04:50:02 +0000 UTCThank you very much for another excellent chapter, and glad you liked the piano suggestions, also really happy you gave him a talent with the instrument. Another thing I really enjoyed in this chapter was his attack on Dudley, in order to defend Natasha, I think it was some great character growth. And I like your idea about paying certain amounts for certain rewards and actions, I think that could be pretty popular with a lot of your readers, though I would be cautious with it, considering the added workload. Ballet is great on working with balance and flexibility, so I would have no issue with him getting into it. Archery is also excellent to train his aim and it’s just cool as well lol. I would also suggest martial arts lessons, though not karate or kung fu, i my suggestions would be: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: A martial art based on grappling and ground fighting, focusing on the skill of controlling one's opponent through techniques that force him or her to submit. (From Google) Judo: A martial art that emphasizes the use of quick movement and leverage to throw an opponent. Its techniques are generally intended to turn an opponent's force to one's own advantage rather than to oppose it directly (From Google) Wing Chun: A concept-based Chinese martial art and form of self-defense utilizing both striking and "sticking" or controlling while specializing in close-range combat. (https://www.wingchunconcepts.com/about.php) Muay Thai: The "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. (From Wikipedia)
