Monthly Bonus Content #2— 'Gold, Indoor, Socks' (Nat Autumn Scenario Special)

(Mishka has had an emergency with her bunnies, and didn't have a chance to finish the scenario for Adam/Ava today, so we've re-scheduled Nate's/Nat's for today - fingers crossed the buns are ok!)

Outside, the gold days of autumn are washed out by a downpour. Rain hammers on the tiled roof, pattering echoes of it reaching all the way down to the ground floor.

The utility smells of soap and linen. It’s like being in a room specifically designed to make you drowsy, as the soft hum of the drier lulls me into a sense of comfort, and the aroma of the laundry wraps me up like I’m embedded in the soft clothing itself.

The company certainly helps too.

Nat sorts through a basket of washed clothing, placing it to one side as she grabs another basket and begins loading the washer.

“So, what did you think of my idea for the gardens?” Nat asks again, my head fogged by her presence as well as the cosy space.

“Hm?” I blink through the mist over my mind and nod. “It’s good. I’m not sure Felix will like it, but it’s worth a shot at asking.”

She purses her lips, grasping a sock in one hand as she rifles through the basket in search of the other. “Perhaps.” She groans as her search proves fruitless.

I bend down, retrieving the escapee garment from where it had fallen out beside her. It’s thick and soft.

I almost scoff a breath. Of course, even her socks are expensive.

“Here.”

She looks at me, both of us crouched, and she smiles with such warmth that I almost fall backwards at the heart-stopping sight of it. “Thank you.” She leans in and pecks a kiss to my lips, further adding to the feeling.

We both stand, and I lean against the countertop, my arms folded, leaning back as I watch Nat with close examination.

It’s hard not to watch Nat anytime she’s in the room, but right now catches me by surprise.

“This is all…very domestic,” I announce.

She chuckles, glancing at me over her shoulder. “Even vampires need clean socks.”

“Yes, but I meant us. Ther is all very normal. Very homely.”

After closing the lid to the washer, she turns around, tilting her head at me. “Is that bad? Not every moment of every day can be filled with excitement.”

“No, not bad at all.” I chew at my lip, hesitating on my next words. “I’ve just never really reached a level with anyone before where things are so—”

She leans close, resting a hand either side of me on the countertop. “Natural?”

I tilt forward. Our lips are almost touching, and the temptation of them fogs up my mind worse than the heat of the room.

“Exactly.”

“Well.” She leans in to press her lips in a lingering kiss on the curve between my jaw and throat. “The weather outside doesn’t exactly make it conducive to doing anything fun outdoors.” Her lips trail up to kiss the corner of my lips, drawing a sigh from me. “So how do you want to make the day indoors less domestic?”

I run my fingers into her hair, encouraging some waves of it loose from the knot she’s tied it into at the base of her neck. “Oh, so now you’re saying domestic is bad?” I tease.

Her hands trace the outside of my thighs, gripping them a little firmer suddenly. “I’m saying,” she kisses me, sucking on my lower lip before pulling away, “I’ll gladly add some excitement to the day.”

I draw her in close, offering a returning kiss with a fervour that makes her rock against me with a moan.

When I draw away, I smile against her lips. “I don’t need excitement, Nat.” I hold her deep brown gaze as she seems to search for something in my own. “I only need you.”

She swallows hard, her fingers tracing upwards until her arms wrap around my middle. She hugs me close in an unexpected embrace, one that I’m happy to fall into, returning it immediately.

But when I hear a muttered, “I don’t deserve you…” from her, the words echo inside of me like beads of worry slipping through my veins.

lmao! and it’s all the basic stuff, nothing connected to the wifi or an app (which i approve of) i imagine she waxed those floors by hand in b3!

Mar

I imagine the warehouse is decked out in the latest tech. Then there's Nats little plain Jaine washer and dryer. With few amount of settings as humanly possible. Lol

Rachel Stone

So, has she picked out the wedding venue yet? LOL

Jason Bond

Getting to finally reveal more of the proper backstories in Book Four is going to be so much fun, hehe! :D Bear (the rabbit) is really doing much better now, thank you! <3

While I am sorry for Mishka, I am glad I got to see the Nat special because I am about to go through a hurricane that could knock us back to the Stone Age.

Jason Bond

Nat Sewell you deserve the world and everything wonderful! And clean socks

I'm very curious what's going on in that mind of Nats. I'm looking forward to finding out more about her. I hope your little ones are well Sera! ❤️
