Cadonis route.
Dialogues with him contain variations from your past decisions (if there were any). Specifically:
- Whether the protagonist saw him in the grove in Chapter 1 during the adultery and whether she shouted then.
- Did the protagonist ask Iolanta about him under the tree in the golden fields («revenge on women»)?
- Did the protagonist have sex with Lasander 3 times in a row in Chapter 1?
All of these additional choices are available in the dialogues with him (if there were any).
Iolanta route.
The big dialogue with her about her past is only available if the protagonist asked her about her past under the tree in the golden fields.
This is a unique and perhaps the only time the protagonist will get a chance to learn about Iolanta's past so early, understand why she treats many things with such an open mind, and get some hints to the main storyline.
The timing is perfect - Iolanta feels guilty about recent events, and she is also sleepy because of the heat and lazy to resist the (possible) questioning of the protagonist. Knowing her past, of course, will also affect some of Iolanta's future events and dialogues. If you're interested in this character, don't miss this chance.
A curious general fact.
The default name of the protagonist in the game is Selene. It means «moon» or moon goddess in ancient Greek, and the game's lore is heavily influenced by ancient civilizations. But attentive players may have noticed that there is only the Sky Ring in the sky of this world. No moon or other satellite, though, or descriptions of them. Coincidence? Nope. What does that mean? Guess.
