The plans stand.

So. It's done for now:

I. Cadonis arc. Fully. Including both the lewd scene and its, ahem, accompanying scenes. Already in the game and tested.

II. Iolanta's arc and the ending part of the update. Draft only. Completed ~15 minutes ago. The draft still needs to be edited, translated, edited again, coded, tested, and a number of other purely technical things to be done. But by June 16, it should be ready. Tight timeframe for me, but still.

Oh yeah, the lewd scene on her arc... Well, that kind of scene hasn't been in the game before. The first one of its kind. Well, depending on your choice, of course. With some other choices... You know what? You'll soon see yourself.

I had to change some things...

I want every part of the game to be something different. Whether it's the circumstances, the challenges, or the narrative, it doesn't matter. It matters that you, the players, don't get bored with the same activities. That's why I wanted to end the relatively calm first half of Chapter 2 as if a little ahead, into the coming adventure (or misadventure...). That is, to shake up the narrative a bit, and then - Boom! -  End of the update. On a juicy cliffhanger. So you're like, "Wow!" "Wait, what?" "Hey, I want more!"  Well, like they do on TV shows.

Emm... That won't happen. I just can't make it in time. These lewd scenes turned out to be... yep, bigger than they were in my head. Never happened before! And yet again... Anyway, I won't dare ask you for another delay. So the 1.5 update will be finished on a relatively calm note. No cliffhangers or sudden twists and such, alas. All I can say is that the dynamics of the next update will be, yeah, different.

Nevertheless, 1.5 is still the biggest update so far. I hope you like it.

A little hint.

I'll probably do a big post after the update on this aspect, dunno. For now, briefly. If you're afraid of going through the arc of Cadonis, thinking it will ruin Iolanta's arc or spoil your relationship with her, or something like that... Well, no, it won't. I'll even say more, Iolanta's main arc has nothing to do with current events. Her main arc begins with your first meeting in Chapter 1. And it is closely interwoven with the main storyline. There's no way you ruin it just because you decide to hang out with Cadonis. Iolanta's potential dissatisfaction with this is and will be, of course, but she... This woman has her own plans for the protagonist, that's obvious, there's been too many hints of that in the game already. But Iolanta is not the kind of woman who will abandon her plans just because Selene has decided... to be a little wayward. She’ll adapt. She always adapts.

It could be said that Chapter 2 has more of Iolanta's sub-arc than her main arc. I just need the sub-arc of the displeased Iolanta as a replacement, for players who, for whatever reason, effectively reject Cadonis. Personally, in my opinion, the Cadonis arc in the context of the ensuing narrative gives a more interesting and believable grounds. Grounds of maturation. As an experience to go through. But how you want to roleplay this - is up to you, sure. I just wanted to say that by choosing Cadonis in this chapter, you won't really break anything with Iolanta in the future. Her main arc is too important for the story.
