Upcoming filter C13 AEGIS
Added 2023-03-23 12:56:36 +0000 UTCSo since last summer-ish, i've been focused on a new filter that i've called C13 AEGIS, since it's being made in colaboration with AEGIS VISUALS - an ac crew working on a fairly massive competitive multiplayer project that seeks to invigorate the online street racing scene. As visuals is in the name itself, i sought to bring something to the table that honors that focus on great looking gameplay and adds that little extra wow factor to the many live streams that AEGIS VISUALS puts on.
What i tried to do is develop a filter with a camera like aesthetic to it. And i think i did a fairly good job. Turns out that for me the fine balance of tinting, along with fairly aggressive contrast sells the feeling of an actual recording. And apparently the testing team agrees since I've not really gotten much pushback on that front.
The video demonstrates a five-lap afternoon race around Sebring with a 10x time progression modifier. It offers you a preview of sunny and cloudy conditions with retreating sunlight as the video progresses.
