Suddenly waking up from her dreams, she heard the sound of a key creaking in the keyhole, while the lock opened with a bang. Latisha flinched, feeling the pulsation of adrenaline in her veins. The castle came back with a bang. In a slow clicking rhythm, along with a metallic creak, the door of her cell began to slowly open, letting in the rays of light that gradually filled the dark corners of her prison. A weak light from the outside seeped in, illuminating the dim darkness of her ominous room. Latisha was filled with unknown anxiety and anticipation, she prepared for a meeting with a mysterious visitor who, finally, would bring answers to all the mysterious questions that tormented her mind.
