Painting Romeo & Juliet 💘 Timelapse Process ✨

Hiii everyone! :)

Thank you all so much for all the love on my Romeo & Juliet painting! 😍 It was such a fun scene to paint and I learned so much from this process ☺️ There were several challenges with this one, the first one being that I decided to try painting on a horizontal canvas for the first time ever which was unknown territory for me haha 🙈 I also challenged myself to figure out a way to paint a background that has just enough detail to convey an environment without being distracting, so I relied on simple shapes and colors :)

This one is a shorter form video, and I hope you all enjoy it! 🥰 I’m currently working on another drawing and recording the process in real-time, so you guys will get a long-form process video this week too! Here is a sneak-peek of the drawing:

It’s another scene from the Romeo & Juliet 1996 movie and I couldn’t resist because I just love Juliet’s outfit so much hehe 🙈 Still quite a bit to refine in this one but I like how it’s turning out so far :)
