Early Look: Lighting Study 🌥✨ + all done editing the tutorial video! 🥳✨

I wanted to show you a photo study I’ve been working on to practice a lighting setup! ☺️ I also wanted to experiment with painting a soft & subtle background that makes the character look like she’s part of a scene, so it was really different from what I’m used to drawing hehe🙈
I’ll be posting a process video of this drawing for you guys and also a PSD file so you can download the file into your program and scroll through all the layers :) 💌
In other news, the tutorial video is officially DONE! 😍 We finished all the editing today and the video is ready to start exporting 🥳 It’s my longest tutorial ever (1 hr 30 mins!) and it’s a super cozy & relaxed walkthrough of my full drawing process from sketch to finish, talking to you while I work and explaining my process ☺️ For all the new patrons here, I’ll be drawing this piece in the video:
