Not to be a total St. Louisan but this + the “ee”-mo’s/“ay”mo’s stuff was crazy to me. It’s Ee-mo’s! It’s a family! Confirmed pronunciation! Additionally it’s not provolone + mayo - it’s provel! A StL invention - Swiss, cheddar, and provolone. I think the Boys would be fascinated by the invention!
