Hope that clears things up. Also, Illumi is worried that Killua will sacrifice himself (and essentially his entire family/everyone they met along the way) by taking on Nanika’s demands after healing Gon. He is warning Hisoka and asking for his help as they could all become collateral damage.

2023-12-07 16:26:01 +0000 UTCBasically, if Nanika’s demands are unfulfilled, she will kill the person who refused and the person they love most. If the previous wish before the commands was intense (like becoming a millionaire) then the person who refuses Nanika’s next command will die, their loved one will die, and then everyone after that is determined by how much time was spent with them. In short, the number of deaths depends on how great the wish/demands are, and deaths are based first on who you love most and everyone after that is based on time spent.
