Totally missed that Vinland Saga is North America wow hahaha I love shows and movies that incorporate real life people in cases like these π I'm a huge fan of The Last Kingdom and had so much looking up the historic people mentioned in that series. I can see myself doing the same with this show now that you've mentioned it lol

Fun fact in case you didn't know, Leif Erikson, the navigator that was telling the kids about Vinland in episode 1, is a real person from history who is believed to have discovered the Americas a few hundred years before Columbus. In case you didn't pick up on it, what they are calling Vinland is North America, probably somewhere in modern day Canada.
