Our Life: Beta Build 0.96 (Cove Wedding DLC Intro! PC, Mac, & Android)
Added 2021-10-21 21:28:40 +0000 UTCWe may have just released Step 4 last month, but we're already back with a brand new beta! It is pretty short though, haha. As mentioned in the title, this build features the introduction to the Cove Wedding DLC. That's exciting :D
Save files from the main game should work with this beta build.
New Content:
- After the end of the Step 4 epilogue you can continue on to play the first scene of the Wedding DLC if you're engaged to/married to Cove in that playthrough
- There's about 10k new words in total, though many of those come from branching alterations
- You can also skip directly to Step 4 by starting a new file
What's Missing:
- There's a section where you're supposed to get to choose traditions to include in the wedding/reception and that's not included right now. We're still thinking about all the different ones that could be added as options
- Adult Baxter doesn't have voiced lines yet
- There's still some extra polishing needed
I hope you'll enjoy this little look into the final Cove-centric DLC 💕

Will there be an option at some point for kids? You can already tell Cove you'd like kids, but nothing ever comes of it.
