Just revisited the Cities episode in the context of sharing it. Found myself thinking of the entirely hypothetical wink wink scenario of a parent who is convinced that violence whether verbal or physical is the only effective way to change their child's behaviour and the phantasms that may be in play there. I'm sure someone out there has written about it...
