2024-12-30 21:50:58 +0000 UTCIt's alright. I don't mind people imagining the straight leads as queer or neurodivergent or drawing fanart of them as non-white. But at the same time, I wouldn't want people to take queer or non-white characters or something and pretend they weren't that for their enjoyment. Creating fanworks to represent a minority isn't the same as situations where a character in a minority is made to be a part of the majority instead.

I kinda don't believe this person but at the same time they constantly "bothered" me on AO3 since two or three days ago (after writing different one-shots for male readers) that someone in the GB Team forbids and think it's rude/bad to make Shiloh and Jeremy Bi/Pan in Fanfiction so that more genders can date them. I don't believe them, however after a while it started to get to my head so I wanted to ask if it was fine if in Fanfictions I made them Bi/Pan, just to be safe. I kinda assume it is, but after all that "bothering" I started to feel a bit unsure and decided to ask, they were probably trying to simply be rude but sadly I fell for it, that's why I'm here. I wanted to ask in private because I don't think it's fair to write this here but Patreon isn't showing me the private chat.
