Billing Switch

Currently, we're using a method where you get billed when you join and from that point on first of every month. Patreon itself provided a new method of billing, being the day you paid and then the next time of the next month on the same day. For the regulars, nothing would change, but it could be more convenient for the newer members. Let's put it to a vote.
