Bull but not quite finished!

I said something about posting the finished morph today but I'm a liar!
Actually, the basic morph is about finished but I wanted to layer on some cartoony lightning effects to polish it up. I threw some in at the beginning but wasn't really feeling too satisfied with it and I thought it would be a fun opportunity for you guys to help with some art directing. Sorry if you feel like I'm spoiling it before the final :)
So, some questions to get some feedback on:
- Do you think effects throughout would help sell the fantasy more or would you find it distracting from the growth and should I keep it more weighted to the beginning as it is currently?
- Struggling to figure out where the electricity should be coming from and to. Should it be coming offscreen into the electrodes or something else? I currently have it jumping from electrode to electrode but I'm not sure if it makes sense.
- General feedback of the look and feel of the lightning effects. Does it look whimpy? Should I bulk it up? Change the color? Make it faster/slower?
- To sell that the growth is coming from the electricity, what would you suggest as a tertiary effect? Like a soft glow flash just before growth? Static effects coming off his silhouette? Something better?
- I'd like to include a caption, what are some suggestions about what is happening here?

Oh, that's right. I didn't think that through... Then maybe something like a lightning strike hitting the house and creating excess voltage / an electrical surge

2021-02-28 19:14:45 +0000 UTCI like the caption idea but I know the outlets aren't compatible if you were trying to plug it into an outlet meant for car charging or dryers.... I'm trying to figure out if that bothers me enough to not do it. Something like "Bull's Muscle Sttim turned out to be plugged into an outlet meant to charge cars" has a good theme about it but there's no physical way he'd be able to XD

Doesn't have to be a lot of electricity the whole time, but just a little more. - In my opinion the electricity jumping from electrode to electrode is alright. But maybe it would be better if it was kind of flowing along the cables and into the electrodes. - I definitely like the lightning effects. Maybe just make them a little faster. Changing the color to the usual light blue would also be better for electricity. Because with the color it has right now, it feels more like magic to me. Which is fine, but if you are going for electricity, I would go with blue. - I would go with the soft glow flash just before the growth. - For the caption, I would suggest something along the lines of: The power source that he connected the electrodes to, was too strong. So instead of a little stimualtion, he gets full on muscle growth.
