They are also not referenced, so no way of knowing which hair is used or what settings were use for that and eye reflections. It's Nagisa hair here - https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/doa-hair-3.11411/. Hunting succubus eye reflections - https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/enhanced-eyes.798/. I would recomend his toolbox for more options though.
