There was a cold case from the 80s, Brazil, a body was found in a reservoir and it's one of the creepiest things I'd ever heard about. The wounds were of surgical precision, a mysterious suction device was used as torture, no defensive wounds either. Organs all removed and drained of his blood. I'll stop there that's the sugar coated version. Some thought it was aliens lol. Definitely someone with medical training did that. Came along by boat as the man was swimming. It's very disturbing what he went through.

I dont know if the deer or moose represents illness or Dr Lector, just that he has that statue in his office. Ive also only seen part of this whole show and dont want to give anything away that cant be noticed on you own.
