[WOTD] Cassidy redesign ❤

Hello Patreons!

In the last few days, I've been very sick; it seems I caught some kind of bacteria that gave me a high fever, cough, and mucus.

The saddest part is that just over a month ago, I was also seriously ill but with different symptoms.

However, I managed to make some progress on the work during the moments when the fever subsided. Today, I'm feeling much better; only the cough remains and a jaw problem I've been dealing with for a while.

Now, it's time to talk about the topic of the post, which is the redesign of Cassidy, who won the last poll thanks to the multiplied voting power.
But Shannon also received quite a few votes, and in fact, between the two of them, they garnered all the votes, so the next redesign will be dedicated to Shannon. I think this is perfect since she and Cassidy are characters that basically belong to the same group and are very similar.

We meet Cassidy during Rachel's prologue, and in those dialogues, we can already discover certain things. What I wanted to highlight in her intervention during the prologue is that she cares about Rachel and advises her to leave the band and focus on studying like a normal girl.

Initially, the plan was to make Cassidy something like Rachel's role model, but I haven't developed this throughout the versions, meaning there haven't been more interactions between the two of them.

Later in the story, we can encounter her on two occasions, where I also try to show that she is a good girl, carefree and rebellious, but also friendly and intelligent in her own way.

Now it's time to present Cassidy's new design!

I've had quite a few setbacks with this redesign, not only because of the health issue I explained earlier but also due to Cassidy's overall look. In the end, I decided to keep a hairstyle faithful to the original design, as well as her gothic girl aesthetic and appearance.
Also, I think the face of the old design conveys a certain intimidation, and I wanted to change that with the new design.

The outfits of the band for most of their shows or concerts will be this schoolgirl style.

As you can easily see, I've added quite a few tattoos to her body; here are some images so you can see them better.

As for the story plans, I still haven't completely decided what to do. Part of the original plan was also to give Cassidy a bit more participation as we progressed through Rachel's route, and I think I'll stick to that idea. And I'm sure I'll keep the personality she's had until now.

En estos últimos días estuve muy enfermo, parece que me pesque algún tipo de bacteria que me dio muchísima fiebre, tos y moco.

Lo más triste es que hace poco más de un mes también había enfermado gravemente pero con otros síntomas.

Pero he conseguido avanzar poco a poco en el trabajo durante los momentos donde la fiebre me bajaba. Y hoy ya estoy bastante mejor, solo queda la tos y un problema en la mandíbula que llevo acarreando hace un tiempo.

Ahora si, es momento de hablar del tema del post, el cual es el rediseño de Cassidy que fue ganadora en la ultima encuesta gracias al poder multiplicado de votos. Pero, Shannon tambien ha sido bastante votada, y de hecho entre ellas dos acapararon todos los votos, asi que el proximo rediseño será dedicado a Shannon. Lo cual creo que es perfecto ya que ella y Cassidy son personajes que, básicamente, pertenecen a un mismo grupo y son muy similares.

A Cassidy la conocemos durante el prologo de Rachel, y en esos dialogos ya podemos descubrir o enterarnos de ciertas cosas. Pero lo que quise remarcar en su intervencion durante el prologo, es que ella se preocupa por Rachel, y le aconseja que debe dejar de lado la banda y dedicarse a seguir estudiando como una chica normal.

En un principio el plan era hacer que Cassidy fuera algo asi como el modelo a seguir de Rachel, pero esto no lo he trabajado a lo largo de las versiones, es decir, no ha habido más interacciones entre ellas dos.

Más adelante en la historia, nos podremos topar con ella hasta en dos ocasiones, donde tambien intento dejar ver que ella es una buena chica, despreocupada y rebelde, pero tambien amistosa e inteligente a su manera.

¡Ahora es tiempo de presentar el nuevo rediseño de Cassidy!

He tenido bastantes inconvenientes con este rediseño, no solo por el asunto de mi salud que explique antes, si no tambien por el look en general de Cassidy. Al final he decidido mantener un peinado fiel al diseño original, así como también su estética y apariencia de chica gótica.
Además, creo que el rostro del antiguo diseño transmite cierta intimidación, y he querido cambiar eso con el nuevo diseño.

La vestimenta para la banda para la mayoria de sus shows o conciertos será de este estilo colegial.

Como podrán fácilmente observar, he añadido bastantes tatuajes a su cuerpo, aquí les dejo estas imágenes para que puedan observarlos mejor.

En cuanto a los planes para la historia, aun no tengo definido del todo que hacer. Parte del plan original tambien era hacer que Cassidy tuviera un poco más de participación mientras avanzabamos por la ruta de Rachel, y creo que me mantendré en esa idea. Y seguro que mantendré la personalidad que ella ha tenido hasta ahora.
