WELCOME BACK TO THE HELLMOUTH β Dawn starts school at the newly rebuilt Sunnydale High, while Buffy patrols the new campus on the look out for anything out of the ordinary β and for good reason. Dead people hunt Dawn and Buffy, Spike reappears, and there's a new principal at school. In England, Giles helps Willow to learn to control her power and begin to forgive herself for her actions in Sunnydale.

2025-11-16 16:34:13 +0000 UTCIβm glad you mentioned Spikeβs true intentions, a lot of fans are split.. ever since I first watched Iβve always read it as Spike wanting his soul the entire time and his dialogue just being a misdirect for the audience, but I understand why people might take it more literally

2025-11-16 13:30:26 +0000 UTCI have to say as well, that from my own experience, the scene with Giles and Willow under the tree is the most accurate depiction of Wicca in the entire show. That's not hyperbole either, they seriously might as well have just filmed one of my early lessons with my first mentor back in 1988. There is a lot about season 7 I don't like, but the Giles and Willow scene at the start is definitely not one of them.
