CRUEL FATE — Buffy starts her first week counseling students at Sunnydale High and meets a teen named Cassie, who somehow knows her own death will occur in just a few days. Buffy, along with the help of the gang, rushes to find out the circumstances of Cassie's death and how to prevent it. Willow begins to make peace and settle back into Sunnydale life.

2025-12-12 00:41:35 +0000 UTCYeah, this was one of those sad but hard lesson episodes. Loved Cassie's character and was sad she couldn't escape her fate. The dude you said looked like a middle-aged drunk that was messing with Dawn is the oldest son from that old Tim Allen show Home Improvement. Great episode and fun react.

2025-11-23 22:50:48 +0000 UTCThe actress that plays Cassie is Azura Skye! She's a great, underrated actress. She's actually in a few horror movies as well. I know she is in One Missed Call and Red Dragon. Otherwise I think she does drama/comedy/Indie's mostly. But like Brad said even though she had such a small amount of screen time, she definitely made a big impact. Even though it's sad, it's ones of my fave episodes.
