Discord Launch and new reward for tier 3 patrons.

Also I added a new reward for tier 3 patrons. It is a YCH contest , this reward is headed towards OC commissioners.
Everymonth tier 3 patrons will have a chance get an exclusive full colored drawing of your OC.
