2022 Update, Health, Character Suggestions - New Sketch Tier

Hello everyone, thanks for your patience this past 2 months for my slow posts. If you've been with me more than a year you may know that during the Winter time I have a condition that flares up only at this time of year. It was diagnosed last January as seasonal bronchitis with some odd extra effects that only hinder me in cold dry times. It leaves me fatigued with trouble breathing, often interrupting my sleep. I try to work around it best I can, but as you all can see I fall short. I had a pretty bad hit of it in November and it'll likely last through late February/early March as usual. A dry cold snap in early November made it pretty bad, but over time the temperature has risen in my area and there are things I can do to lessen the symptoms. I in no way like to use it as an excuse and am still catching up with all my work despite it. As of yesterday I have basically fully caught up with all my sketch and full color tier members work, I just have the Patreon exclusives left to do.

As usual: Please submit your suggestions for characters to be polled at the start of this next month. I specify, please submit 1-2. If it's more than 1-2 then I'll pick favorites among them. Characters from games, shows, and movies only. No OCs of other artists.

6$+ patron suggestions take precedent over everyone else since that's part of their tier's reward. 3$ patron suggestions still count and can fill in where 6$+ patrons do not, they can still boost characters if suggestions are say from the same media and can become options to choose between. Deadline to suggest is January 5th. The deadline for the poll itself I'm extending till the 9th.

New Sketch Bin Tier

My patreon's been stagnant for nearly a year now without any growth. My submission consistency is not good, especially at this time of year, and my work flow is inefficient. I asked some good friends what I'm missing. Gasai gave me many tips, showing obvious improvement in skill, but the one that stuck out was consistency in posts and making sure my work spreads around. Two other friends with good patreons suggested I post sketches since I have a tendency not to. I personally feel my sketches are boring, empty, and unfinished.

I polled people on Twitter, some of you participated, to ask if people would be interested in seeing more sketches and be willing to pay to see some. I was surprised to see that people did like the idea. I'm probably way too hard on myself. Posting more sketches will spread me around more outside on patreon, and offering sketches here would give people a small way to contribute for something exclusive.

So I am opening a 1$ sketch bin tier where I will post sketches of the top 2 runners up that did not make it to winning the patron poll. I will open this tier either next month or the month after. I make sketches as it is that I never show, putting in a bit more effort shouldn't be too hard. I've also been told several times I need to increase the worth of my sketch tier, which sometime this year, likely in the Summer, i will be increasing from 18$ to 26$

I'd like to hear your opinions if you have the time.
