2024-01-27 02:10:56 +0000 UTCThis was so relaxing especially after I stopped it about two minutes in and decided to change from listening to this on my noise cancelling headphones to my earbuds. Once I did that I fell asleep about 4 minutes in. I finally finished listening to it (and I was able to meditate) today.๐ค The ASMR in this is great however, I realized quickly that I may be bit too sensitive to it because the tingles down my spine were so intense it felt like my nervous system was overwhelmed, making it a challenge to focus on meditation. ๐ Once I went to earbuds, I was able to become more immersed in the meditation which was so calming and needed. Thanks so much for creating this.๐

And very appreciated/enjoyed today ๐ค I have an ocean yoga nidra meditation (where you bring your pearls of wisdom youโve been hiding up into the world from the depths of the ocean) that I keep wanting to work on but thereโs never time ๐ The ocean is my happy place on so many levels. From visiting my grandmother in Florida growing up and running on the white sand beaches and jumping in the clear, warm gulf water, to being burned out from work and buying random cheap ticket to Hawaii where I made no plans and just hung out and enjoyed life (with so much good food), to my best friends wedding where we stayed close to the beach and after her wedding (and alcohol) visiting the water at night and having the most beautiful experience (core memory) where I felt so present and free in that moment, like no other moment in the past or present existed. Also thank you everyone who recommended American Fiction! Realized I had a screener so I watched it last night. I kind of thought it was about one thing from the previews but that was such a small part of it? Definitely an interesting story with really great characters, theyโre what really made the story to me.

Thought Iโd pop in and contribute to the recent Nora chat, as sheโs well and truly christened. Tbh my first impressions were ambivalent, because that buzz is full-on !! Seriously, it felt like I was going at it with a power-sander!โก๏ธ๐ณ๐คฃ I found if I turned the vibe off, the rotations just on their own felt sooo much better ๐คฏ so from that I kind of concluded patterns werenโt for me ๐, but experimentation right? Iโm here for it. Happy to say since then Iโve discovered a new approach and (accidentally) a new pulse on the vibe; how to describe? ๐คโฆ like a piano trill !! Ooooweeeee! So all it took to make this happy discovery was being in that half-asleep liminal state in the middle of the night and some seriously lush, mind-f#&*ery naughty-talk ๐ ๐๐ป Oh, and the quality of sleep it induces? ๐ด Honestly Iโd recommend it for that alone
