Originally this was going to be the Patreon piece for last week, but I realized after working on it for several days that I had put too much unfun emotion into it and it had lost all semblance of sexiness and I couldn't use it. Part of me thought about just throwing it away, but I came back to it today and finished it after all.

I was jamming to the Arknights OST recently and got to thinking about the characters again, specifically ones I hadn't drawn as much as I wanted to -- which got me thinking about Lappland, and how I hadn't seen a certain side of her. She's a crazy, obsessed gal with a lot of personal and emotional baggage, but we usually only get the playful anime psycho version of that -- not the raw, frustrated version. At first it was going to be her standing in the shower, introspective, looking dour, but I kept pushing her expression until she was straight-up screaming. Then I brought the jagged shard element of her E2 artwork into the mix, and everything kinda came together.

I honestly hadn't been feeling the best for awhile, and doing this piece was a bit of catharsis for that. I don't know if it's a particularly good piece, or if anyone will find something to like about it other than me -- but I felt I had to draw it, and I feel better for having done so, and I thought I might as well share it as long as it was done.
