NEWS - BURN OUT...

Hello, buddies!

2 weeks ago, I started to feel a pain in my left elbow... This is going worst!

I think my body is telling me that I have to slow down...

My passion for what I do, have me drawing Monday to Sunday, around 8 hours per day.

A few weeks ago, I started to go to the gym everyday + the volleyball... It's just too much!

So, I will take a "break" this week and I'll be back next week continuing EXODUS pages.

I just wanted to tell you, so you don't worry if you don't see any post from me these days... You know that I post SO MANY!!! HAHAHA

Thanks for your understanding and support!

You are AWESOME!!!!

Have a good week!

See you next week!

Love y'all!!!

I was starting to wonder where you take all the Energy: the "Muse" must have "kissed" you I thought. But then it can also exhaust us, if we're getting too "infatuated" with it and stop feeling our needs (I can sing a "song" of that, too ;-P and it's in some ways part of ADHD, I've learned, but to different extents at different times/situations). So, I hope you can calm and reconnect to your needs a bit better again soon, but take the time it needs and don't let anyone - incl. yourself pressure you into anything, if possible. That would be a good opportunity for your partner, friends or family to "chip-in" and try to put you in a good place to do so, where possible. Focussing on every moment and even the "little details" in Life mindfully and consciously, can help with that...and just ignore any other thoughts in our mind, that might "come up" and want to trigger an emotional response. Sometimes, "giving ourselves a break from (automated) emotional responses" is the best way to find our way back to become clear-minded enough to realize our needs on any level (physical, social, emotional etc.) because it gives us the "distance" to see our choices more clearly and make better ones as a consequence. I know this stuff is hard to learn, if you haven't already had the chance, time or even some guidance in/with it. But it's one of the most essential things to learn for cultivating our "Emotional Intelligence" as much as most schools merely focus on rational one, i.m.h.o. Hugs and love to you, beautiful fellow human being...
