Me encanta!!!

In classical iconography, Bacchus is always represented with his head surrounded by a crown (with only vine leaves or in some cases even with bunches of grapes) and there is an almost historiographic reference to determine the figure of the god Bacchus in art. Even if in your case it looks more like a laurel wreath of medieval memory like the one that surrounded the heads of poets (I think back to one of them: the historiographic representation of Dante Alighieri with his head encircled by the triumphal crown is emblematic). I believe that the choice of keeping it or removing it depends a lot on the meaning you want to attribute to it. Whether or not having it becomes a derisory aesthetic discourse you can probably do without it, but if instead it wants to recall the figure of Bacchus I think it must remain because it serves to strengthen the visual discourse and make us feel more reassured, familiar, more in tune with your homage to the culture of wine.
