Complicated emotions

Sometimes sounding like judgmental parents or peers, a lot of times expecting the best out of us - perfection we will never achieve, other times raging still stunned by the unfairness of the circumstances we found ourselves in. All of them trying to tell us something about the situation we're in, boundaries being violated or our unmet needs... For a long time those emotions were an enemy to Filip, something he avoided till it reached the boiling point.
