re:Dreamer Public Alpha 0.2.0 release

re:Dreamer (0.2.0) features a lot of changes to the existing in-game system for the app. It's hard to list all of them, but the idea is that players now compete with sex acts over a 6 month period to earn a single wish without limits. There's also a heartwarming scene between Britney and Zach.
Remember, we have a route flowchart you can look at for versions 0.2.0 and beyond!
Changes to existing content:
- Honestly it's a lot. The in-game version postpartum gives the details better than a proper changelog can.
- Added a toggle option to avoid automatic text advancement in dramatic scenes.
